Mrs Tan, 20, from Singapore who studies
medicine at The Cambridge University has been killed by a bus driver. She was
found 825 along the road with fatal injuries, which causes her death. The night
of the accident the bus driver, Mr Firouzian, picked up an elderly woman. Mr
Firouzian found out he hit Mrs Tan the next day at work, when he was suspended
by his employer. He claims that he did not know he killed Mrs Tan. At first he
claimed to have hit a bottle, afterwards he says he thought he hit a fox. The prosecutor
says he intended to kill Mrs Tan.
I find this a very difficult situation,
because we don’t know what really has happened that night. Till now there are
no witnesses, so I think this makes it difficult to say that Mr Firouzian has
killed Mrs Tan on purpose. I am thinking about whether he is innocent or not,
because if they sentence him and he actually is innocent, they have ruined his
life also! It is really tragic what has happened to this girl. Nowadays people
run over humans, kill them, and act like nothing has happened. I hope that they
will investigate this crime until they are 100% sure who the murderer is and
put him behind bars.

I don't believe that the bus driver did not know that he had hit someone that night. I think that he was scared so he drove away leaving the girl behind. It is really awful, because she was just 20 years old and the reason for living in England was because of her study.
